Our friends at Leaps & Bounds Ahead introduce teams to the exciting and ancient sport of dragon boat racing. While characteristically a social sport, dragon boat racing has the added benefits of working a whole range of muscles developing both strength and endurance and can only work well when the team works well. 

Once the teams have been briefed donned their PFDs, they head off from Pyrmont onto the protected waters of Blackwattle Bay to test their skills out on the water. Not only is dragon boat racing a welcomed change in pace from other Urban Challenge activities, it's a great motivator and team unifier!
