Our multi-day programs feature daily modules that are packed with a unique flow of activities for both day and night. Each module presents a fresh set of challenges designed to strengthen a team's collaboration and communication skills while offering a myriad of learning opportunities.

Participants journey to new locations across Sydney each day staying in varied accommodations each night for a diverse and dynamic experience. As each module unfolds at a new destination participants are challenged to manage their time as a team and travel via public transport safely and efficiently.

Each module spans a full day with evening activities integrated into the itinerary. Teams gather for a purposeful moment of camaraderie over dinner followed by a city based activity. A debrief session will round out the night offering a chance to consolidate their learning, building on teamwork skills and planning for the next day.

As the program progresses the team improves and celebrates successes in handling significant tasks such as meal planning, budgeting and navigating public transport. With guidance from teachers and guides students develop proficiency in their assigned roles, fostering closer bonds and strengthening their team cohesion.
