Any cancellations made up until 7 days prior to the event will be entitled to transfer to the same event at a later advertised date OR will incur a cancellation fee of $100.
There is a limit of one transfer per registration and it is only valid when cancelling up until 7 days prior to the event. Requests to transfer more than once will incur an admin fee of $50.
Any cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event will result in the full fee being forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: Sickness OR Injury is not grounds for a refund within the 7 days prior to the event.
GST is inclusive and applicable to our registration fees.

Hire and purchase equipment is non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Additional equipment supplied to participants once the program has commenced will be charged at the relevant rate.

Each group will be accompanied by a qualified Urban Odyssey Staff member, with group sizes being 1 Guide with up to 14 students and divided into two sub-groups, or ‘teams’, of 4-7 students.
The nominated fee does not include transport to and from the start and finish locations, or any other additional costs.
Participants are required to follow instructions from all Urban Odyssey Staff and cooperate with activities as a requirement of the Duke of Edinburgh award. This includes the normal medical, social and behavioural aspects of a participant’s experience.
Any participant in breach of the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the program/ unable to satisfy the requirements of their Gold Award Adventurous Journey.
